Cycle Suspension Servicing

After years of working on suspension, I founded & worked under the name of Boost Suspension in 2012 - 2017, Now 'Reepham Cycle Workshop'. I offers suspension servicing, repairs & sales Etc. Many bike shops & workshops across Norfolk have used my services over the years through Boost Suspension when they need a Specialist suspension job doing correctly. You could say I was the man behind the scene and still am the only shop in the area to offer suspension servicing in house.

I deal directly with the public and no longer offer my services through other shops / workshops or 3rd parties, as I feel it is important to have direct contact with the customer.

Cycle Suspension Servicing

Servicing

I now only perform servicing on Fox & Rockshox forks.

Fox & Rockshox rear air shocks, I perform air can services only. (sorry no coil shock servicing). Any damper based problems with air shocks such as compression or rebound, lockouts, oil leaking from dials or 'Specialized Brain' units will need to be sent off.

I recommend 'TF Tuned'

Sorry NO Dropper seatpost servicing. (as of yet)

Almost all suspension units, forks or rear shocks need servicing between 10 to 40 hours of riding depending on riding conditions & styles. Putting servicing off can cause extensive wear, damage or end in failure of your unit. Give me a call or email for a quote. Units for servicing can be dropped off at the workshop, on or off the bike or posted on request.

Fox Suspension Servicing

''Keep It Local''

I pride myself on offering great service, and carry out all works myself. Dealing directly with me means no 3rd parties who may be sending your suspension off in the post to a sub-contractor.

I have a very quick turn around at affordable prices!

I use all correctly branded suspension tools, oils, o-rings and seals.

I also carry stock of service & seal kits, Fox float fluid, suspension oil, tools, spring & volume spacers, etc.

All customers are more than welcome to contact me with any questions, any help setting up needed or pop in for a coffee. I have cross section cut suspension units on display to aid with any tech questions.

• For those who ride lift-accessed DH, Park, or Extreme Freeride or in extremely wet/muddy or dry/dusty environmental conditions where trail debris is sprayed onto the fork or shock while on the trail, FOX encourages riders to perform maintenance earlier than recommended above as needed.
